Term & Conditions


Customers can return or exchange items within 21 days after received the delivery from us. All returns & exchanges need to be authorised by our general manager. Customers need to send us an email including reasons before return the orders.

After the return & exchange are approved by our general manager, it normally takes 1 - 2 working days for the money refund, and 1 - 4 working days for orders re-delivery (some suburbs may take longer than expected).



When you change your mind.  you have 21 days to return your items (some exclusion apply) for a full refund or exchange as long as it is returned in a saleable condition with original proof of purchase. The refund will be provided using your original payment method. Shipping cost will not able to be refunded at any circumstances.




Customers need to pay in advance for all custom orders with 30% non-refundable deposit, and all custom orders are made from our factory directly, therefore these orders are not returnable.

Direct Deposit, Bank Cheque, Phone Payment (02 8003 4486).



We are not able to cover the damage during the transit, unless the insurance is purchased by customers. The carriers have the full responsibility for all damage during the transit.
