RETURN & EXCHANGE

Customers can return or exchange items within 14 days after received the delivery from us for unused and undamaged items. All returns & exchanges need to be authorised by our manager. Customers need to send us an email including reasons before return the orders. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Custom made & logo printed orders, close-outs and used items are not returnable.

After the return & exchange are approved, it normally takes 2 - 5 working days for the money refund, and 3 - 5 working days for new orders re-delivery (some suburbs may take longer than expected).

DAMAGE

We are not able to cover the damage during the transit, unless the insurance is purchased by customers.
