Term & Conditions


Customers can return or exchange items within 14 days after received the delivery from us for unused and undamaged items. All returns & exchanges need to be authorised by our manager. Customers need to send us an email including reasons before return the orders. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special orders, close-outs and used items are not returnable.

After the return & exchange are approved by our general manager, it normally takes 1 - 2 working days for the money refund, and 1 - 4 working days for orders re-delivery (some suburbs may take longer than expected).



When you change your mind.  you have 14 days to return your items after the delivery (some exclusion apply) for a full refund or exchange (shipping cost will not refundable) as long as it is returned in a saleable condition with original proof of purchase & packaging. The refund will be provided using your original payment method. Shipping cost will not able to be refunded at any circumstances.




Customers need to pay in advance for all custom orders with 30% non-refundable deposit, and all custom orders are made from our factory directly, therefore these orders are not returnable.



We are not able to cover the damage during the transit, unless the insurance is purchased by customers.
