Delivery & Pick Up

Orders in Australia

We use Australia Post ,Direct Freight, StartTrack, to delivery orders with tracking send via email.  (Please calculate the shipping cost from the shopping cart)

Separate deliveries may occur for some orders such as pre-order items, limited truck space from our shipping partners or daily pick up limitation when orders accumulated from our warehouse. 

To ensure orders arrives safely and securely we require our freight partners to obtain a signature on delivery. If you don't want this option and are happy for them to leave your order in a secure location at your address then please add the the order message 'Authority to Leave' or click the 'Authority to Leave'  checkbox on the checkout. We'll then make sure that our freight partners leave the order for you.

Please note that Australia Post use their discretion with deliveries and if there's nowhere secure to leave the order, they may take the order to the Post Office, so please be specific with any instructions. If you change your mind after the order is shipped, you can always update your shipping preferences with the 'MyPost' portal provided by Australia Post.

 

Address Update

It is important that customers enter correct shipping information. Customers are responsible for extra shipping and handling cost due to wrong shipping address provided. Pick ups will be booked the same day for next business day collection. Address change request will cause delivery & dispatch delay as shipping process from our shipping partner will need to re-start the booking process.

 

Order Dispatch

We always try our best to dispatch orders the NEXT BUSINESS DAY, however some delay may still occur due to delay pick up from our freight partners OR orders accumulation from the warehouse (We are Not able to guarantee next business day dispatch for all of our orders if orders are accumulated from the warehouse ) If your order is urgent, please contact us via email (info@mycoathangers.com.au) in advance.

Estimated Lead Time (AFTER the date of dispatch)

We are not able to guarantee the date and time of delivery for orders. The estimated delivery time below should NOT be considered as guarantee of delivery. The time of delivery below should consider as reference only & are given by our freight partners as estimated delivery time:

NSW:  2-5 business days.  Rural deliveries may take an additional 4-6 business days.  After dispatch

ACT: 2-5 business days.  Rural deliveries may take an additional 4-6 business days.  After dispatch

VIC: 2-5 business days for metro cities.  Rural area deliveries 4-7 business daysAfter dispatch

QLD:  3-5 business days for metro cities.  Rural area deliveries  5-10 business daysAfter dispatch

SA: 3-5 business days for metro cities.  Rural area deliveries 5-10 business daysAfter dispatch

WA: 3-7 business days for metro cities.  Rural area deliveries 7-14 business daysAfter dispatch

Separate deliveries might sometimes occur from AUS post, Star Track and Direct Freight due to limited truck/van space, or miss collection from local depot.

Tracking

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to be shown from our shipping partner after dispatch. 

 

Order Pick Up

Please contact us via email before placing the online order in order to book a suitable time for the pick up from our warehouse. (Only commercial vehicles pick up allowed ) Pick up requests can be only accepted via email and send in priority before dispatch

 

Missing Items from the Order

If you find any missing items from the order, please feel free to contact us info@mycoathangers.com.au  so we can investigate with our shipping partners and local warehouse ASAP for any missing cartons from the depots or any parcel lose during transit. Alternatively we will re-send the missing items for you ASAP. 

 

Urgent Orders

Please contact us via email: info@mycoathangers.com.au in advance before placing online orders if your order is urgent or need same day delivery. (orders will dispatched within our normal dispatch time frame which is 1 - 2 working days, and deliver by road express services if there is no email informed in advance before ordering. )

 

Pre-order Items

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that hasn't been released or is not currently in stock. They're shipped to the customer once available. Our pre-order items are marked with message which will inform our customers the estimate date to be in stock again. However due to shipment & custom clearance delay may happen, the estimate date can't be guaranteed. 

 

Wrong product delivered

If our warehouse accidentally ship the wrong product to you. please let us know as soon as you can, ideally within 2 days of receiving your delivery. We will offer to send you the correct product and arrange for the pick-up and return of the incorrectly shipped product at no cost to you.

 

Delivery failure

It is important that customers enter correct shipping information. Customers are responsible for extra shipping and handling cost due to wrong shipping address provided. Re-delivery will occur within 5 working days when first time delivery attempt fails and our team will send email to confirm shipping address if two attempt deliveries are failed. 

 

Parcel Lost during transit

If any of our freight partner lost the order in transit, we will cover the re-delivery and new order cost for our customers (Shipping address provided by customers need to be 100% correct in order to receive new order replacement for free) new order will be dispatched after our freight partner has officially declared the lost of order usually take up to 7 working days.
