Return & Exchange

Expected Processing Timescales;

We offer 14-days return & exchange after delivery. Customers can request a refund & exchange for unused Items within 14 days after the order delivery. (We dont accept any refund or exchange request for over 7 Days after the order delivery)

Please check the order as soon as it has delivered and contact us via email if you wish to arrange a return or exchange.

Return shipping are not covered unless your order is faulty or significantly not as described.

Instructions for Returns; 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@mycoathangers.com.au. If your return is accepted, parcels will need to be returned via Aus post with tracking number, (we will cover return shipping cost for the return only if the order is faulty or significantly not as described). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We are unable to accept any personal order return, Only AUS post service with tracking is accepted by our warehouse.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom Orders / Used items are NOT eligible for refund or exchange 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds (Please allow up to 24 business hours for order refund after return has approved )


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping cost paid to our freight partners for standard , express & free delivery orders will be deducted from the order when processing refund.

Tracking number from Aus Post are needed for each return and return cost & shipping cost will not be covered unless your order is faulty or significantly not as described
