Return & Exchange

Expected Processing Timescales;

We offer 14-days return & exchange after delivery. Customers can request a refund & exchange for unused Items within 14 days after the order delivery. 

Please check the order as soon as it has delivered and contact us via email if you wish to arrange a return or exchange.

Return shipping are not covered unless your order is faulty or significantly not as described.

Instructions for Returns; 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, and in its original packaging. With the proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@mycoathangers.com.au. If your return is accepted, parcels will need to be returned via Aus post with tracking number, (we will cover return shipping cost for the return only if the order is faulty or significantly not as described). Items sent back to the warehouse without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

We are unable to accept any personal order return, Only commercial delivery service with tracking is accepted by the warehouse.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you  


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom Orders / Used items are NOT eligible for refund or exchange 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds (Please allow 24 - 48 business hours for order refund after return has approved )

For any return and exchange requests our team will ask for photo or video approval via email which can help them quicker and more easily make decision without having to send the physical item back to the warehouse  

 

Shipping cost paid to our freight partners for standard , express & free delivery orders will be deducted from the order when processing refund.

 

Tracking number from commercial shipping companies are needed for each return and return cost & shipping cost will not be covered unless the order is faulty or significantly not as described
